After all, what would be a more intriguing impetus for Avengers 4 than having Ant-Man and the Wasp's post-credits scene feature Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) turn to dust before Scott Lang's (Paul Rudd) very eyes?
Granted, it'd be way more daring if Scott was the one to turn to dust and Wasp was forced to do the heavy lifting, but that seems less likely.

Wasp disintegrating would be a killer, impactful way to connect the movie to the wider MCU despite it reportedly being a mostly standalone adventure, and there's a pretty good chance this (or something incredibly similar) will happen.
