13 Upcoming Netflix Original Movies You Must Watch

Release Date: December
The Buzz: For sure Netflix's strangest and most ambitious original project to date, Bright re-teams Suicide Squad director David Ayer with Will Smith and also Joel Edgerton for a buddy cop fantasy thriller in which a human police officer (Smith) teams with the world's first Orc cop (Edgerton) as they take on a supernatural, world-threatening entity.
Max Landis wrote the script for this genre-bending effort (because of course he did) priced at an insane $90 million, which also stars Noomi Rapace and Édgar Ramírez (as an FBI elf), and if nothing else is sure to put the "original" in Netflix Original.
Granted, expectations aren't through-the-roof after Suicide Squad, but hopefully it'll at least be delightfully weird enough to paper over any narrative cracks, especially without all that pesky executive meddling from Warner Bros.
