Unfortunately for him, no one believes a word he says. After fleeing the Wall due to witnessing two of his brothers killed by Walkers, Will is executed as a deserter by Ned Stark.
In Harry Potter
Webb appears in The Prisoner of Azkaban as 'Slytherin Boy', one of Draco Malfoy's slimy peers. He's present in the scene where they mock Harry for how he reacts to Dementors, and more memorably is one of the kids Harry - under the invisibility cloak - pelts snowballs off in Hogsmeade.
