4. Tommy Joins The Team - Power Rangers
Power Rangers' mid-credits scene sees a teacher calling out for Tommy Oliver, who is of course the Green Ranger in prior iterations of the character. Tommy's never actually seen in the scene, save for his green jacket, but the implication is clear: Tommy will join the Rangers in the next film.
Though the prospect of a sequel sadly remains dubious due to the first film's disappointing box office, many fans have suggested that Tommy would probably end up gender-swapped, considering that Rita (Elizabeth Banks) was a previous Green Ranger and the line-up currently features three male and two female Rangers.
Tommy becoming "Tommie", if you like, makes all the sense, and it's safe to assume she'd become acquainted with the Rangers in distinctly Breakfast Club-esque fashion before joining the superhero team itself.
