5. Batman Indirectly Breaks His "No Kill" Rule All The Time
Despite the fact that Batman outright refuses to kill the major villains, he's indirectly killing innocent people all the time.
Because he doesn't give a single thought to the damage he's causing when he's piloting vehicles over rooftops, crashing through buildings, or generally blowing stuff up (heck, in Batman v Superman, he was outright murdering people with no sign of visible remorse at all - it wasn't even indirectly!).
This is something we're just supposed to pretend isn't a thing, I guess.. Audiences are expected to brush off the massive amounts of collateral damage being caused to the city whenever Batman goes out at night. There is no way that dozens of people aren't being horrifically murdered in pretty much every large-scale action sequence.
Of course, if we spent our time mulling over this fact, it'd be impossible to actually enjoy any of the films. What choice do we have but to ignore this oversight?
