13. Beast Appears Briefly In X2
Kelsey Grammer's portrayal of Beast was probably the highlight of the otherwise dismal mess of a film that was X-Men: The Last Stand. However, astute comic book fans will have noticed that Beast, also known as Hank McCoy, had already made an appearance in the previous instalment of the franchise.
As Mystique is seducing one of Magneto's prison guards in a bar, a current events program is seen on a TV set in the background, featuring Dr. Hank McCoy discussing mutant rights. X2 actually features a few more obscurely hidden cameos: as Mystique is scrolling through William Stryker's mutant database, folders can be seen for other well-known X-Men characters who failed to make it into the film, including Gambit, Scarlet Witch, Multiple Man, and more.
