15. Zoolander 2 - Driving While Selfie-ing

Zoolander 2 is not a good movie by any stretch of the imagination, but a broke clock is right twice a day, and a bad comedy can still get a few good laughs.

One of the only true laugh-out-loud moments comes when Derek Zoolander tries to mend his icy relationship with his long-lost son by taking him out for chocolate frozen gelatos. With Wham! playing in the background, the father and son drive around Itlay in a convertible, with their frozen snack. Being the narcissist that he is, Derek whips out a selfie-stick and begins snapping shots of himself as he drives. He veers into oncoming traffic and then swerves to miss hitting a truck, sending the tiny convertible tumbling down the road in a hilariously over-the-top crash.

The moment comes out of nowhere and escalates so quickly that it's hard not to laugh at just how insane the whole thing is. The sight of the tiny car bouncing off the pavement with the obvious dummies inside is great, and the sequence goes on just long enough to add to the stupidity of it all. The rest of the movie could really have used more moments like this.
