Before THAT trailer dropped early January, not a huge amount was known about this indie French horror, other than the news reports around screener audiences at the Toronto Film fainting and needing medical assistance, that is.

But Raw is creeping towards its March release date, boasting teaser footage that is most certainly going to be tricky to stomach for some and a plot - vegetarian kill eats human flesh by way of initiation and gets a taste for it - that has a black comedy edge to it. But we all know a film with this premise is going to build up to something ugly and unforgettable - one that's guaranteed to put you off your popcorn.
