If box office tracking is to be believed, Black Panther is set to be a record-breaking financial smash, and with some of the MCU's best reviews to date, it's clear that Marvel Studios has translated another niche superhero property into a global phenomenon.

As such, expect director Ryan Coogler and all surviving cast members to be quickly signed up for a sequel.

Marvel Studios may not officially confirm where Black Panther 2 will sit in the post-Phase Three slate, but the movie's clearly going to happen, so they may as well ride the wave of excitement and confirm that more's coming.
