British actress Letitia Wright has cut her teeth on hit TV shows like Humans and Black Mirror, but will benefit from a colossal career jolt with her roles in four big-budget Hollywood movies over the next year.
First off, she'll appear in the Liam Neeson-starring action vehicle The Commuter, then she'll play Black Panther's sister Shuri in the superhero's much-anticipated solo movie, she's got a part in Ready Player One (like seemingly every young rising star in the industry), and finally, she'll reprise her Shuri role in Avengers: Infinity War.
It's an incredibly front-loaded year for the actress, in that she hasn't got a single movie releasing after May, but if appearing in two MCU movies and a Spielberg film can't push you to stardom, what can? The fact that Wright's a terrific dramatic actress and should do great work as T'Challa's whip-smart heroine of a sister is just the icing on the cake.
