16. That Creepy Art Gallery Scene

The weirdness kicks off early in one of Darker's opening scenes, when Ana (Dakota Johnson) attends the art exhibit of her friend-zoned pal Jose (Victor Rasuk), which to her surprise contains numerous giant pictures of her he took for previously unspecified reasons.

Ana is clearly uncomfortable that he used the pictures in his exhibit without asking her first, and it's completely obvious to anyone with a pulse that he's still totally obsessed with her.

Things get even more uncomfortable moments later when Christian (Jamie Dornan) shows up and strongarms her into going to dinner with him to talk things through.
