13. Alexis Denisof - The Avengers & Guardians Of The Galaxy

Even if you've seen both Guardians Of The Galaxy and Avengers multiple times, there's a good chance you've never actually recognised the actor playing a fairly big supporting role in both.

The Other turns up in both to play right-hand man to Thanos - as well as being the military leader of the Chitauri - snarling his way through several scenes under heavy make-up and generally not really looking like anyone in particular.

The man under all of that crazy get-up is, in fact, Joss Whedon veteran Alexis Denisof, who played Wesley Wyndham-Pryce in Buffy The Vampire Slayer. He's completely unrecognisable, but that's definitely him.
