10. The Human Centipede - Lindsay & Jenny

Look, no one deserves this, let's be honest!

Lindsay and Jenny (Ashley C. Williams & Ashlynn Yennie, respectively) alienated viewers as soon as they appeared, being two bratty and annoying American tourists who weren't very well-played either. If they had run into some psycho slasher or whatever as normal, nobody would've given a damn. Unfortunately, they weren't in any run-of-the-mill horror. They were in The Human Centipede, one of the most infamously effed-up horrors of its time. 

In this deranged Dutch horror, a German surgeon medically mutilates three people - the two women, as well as a Japanese tourist named Katsuro (Akihiro Kitamura) - and turns them into a centipede by stitching them together mouth to anus. Truly, truly disgusting. 

To make matters worse, Lindsay and Jennie are placed in the middle and at the back of the centipede, respectively, meaning that they are unable to communicate properly and also, when whoever's in front of them defecates, they have to... well, you get the picture. It's ultimately Lindsay who suffers the most. After Katsuro commits suicide and Jennie dies of sepsis, she is left alive and stuck between two corpses with no apparent way of escape. 

Few horror movie survivors have ever been left in a worse position (no pun intended) than this. All one can really say in this scenario is to hope that she was put out of her misery sooner rather than later.
