Why You Forgot: Random might be the best way to describe Penn's appearance in the film. In stark contrast to, say, his role as Kumar in the Harold & Kumar series, Penn stayed almost entirely in the background, silently working for Lex right up until the end, making his role in the film thoroughly forgettable.
