The Movie: Blade: Trinity (2004)

Who She Played: Sommerfield, the Nightstalkers' blind geneticist who created the Daystar virus that could've potentially wiped out the vampire race. Before that could happen, Dracula killed her during an attack on the Nightstalkers' base.

Why You Forgot: Aside from generally being regarded as the weakest film in the series, Trinity didn't do much to showcase Lyonne. Outside of her well-known role as Jessica in the American Pie films and her current role as Nicky on Orange is the New Black, she's bounced around in a host of other film and television projects ranging from the dramatic to the comedic, though she's typically known - thanks to the two former roles - for her dry sense of humor and not for her role as the blind Nightstalker.
