5. Newt's Brother Is Actress Carrie Henn's Real Brother - Aliens
Newt's (Carrie Henn) family were cut out of the theatrical version of Aliens because Fox felt that the movie was too long, but thankfully, these scenes were restored for the Special Edition. Timmy was Newt's older brother who is killed along with the rest of Newt's family prior to her rescue, but did you know that Timmy is, in fact, played by Carrie Henn's brother Christopher? He barely shows his face to the camera at all throughout his appearance in the movie, so it's difficult to recognise the likeness.
