7. OldBoy

OldBoy's single take fight scene tracking shot might not cover anywhere near as much ground as the one in The Protector, but the way it is staged and choregraphed makes it a more impressive shot to watch. 

Director Park Chan-wook bisects a corridor for this shot and shoots the entire sequence from a wide angle, tracking slowly up and down the scene until all that remains is the hero standing a pile of badly beaten bad guys. The remake attempted a more elaborate, mobile tracking shot, but this is still far and away the best.
