Pennywise is the one sole reason that a whole generation of children feared clowns and the circus in general; nothing about this guy was even remotely funny. This scene from the Stephen King mini-series, It, when you first meet the clown of your nightmares, Pennywise, is impossible to forget. To this day there are surely plenty of you who arent able to look at a storm drain without imaging that Pennywise is going to pop up and offer you cotton candy and balloons. Ohh yes.
