As if it wasnt cool enough having your dad direct the opening two films of arguably the most hotly anticipated literary adaptation ever, Eleanor Columbus daughter of Chris Columbus was cast to play Susan Bones. The red-haired girl is shown being put into a house immediately after Hermione, being judged to be a Hufflepuff. In a cast built almost entirely of British actors, Eleanor was one of the few Americans and didnt have a speaking role.
Eleanor Columbus also crops up in the second and last of her old mans Potter movies, this time shown day-dreaming about Gilderoy Lockhart with Hermione.
