Though it appears on the soundtrack, "Chairman of the Board", which is performed by Sam the Eagle was never actually filmed as a sequence in The Muppet Christmas Carol.
It would have taken place in young Ebenezer's classroom, with Sam the Eagle playing the part of the Headmaster telling him about his future, but changes to the story obviously saw it chopped.
