She pretty says it all here. There's no other insults that you can use to cut a man down to size that Cher doesn't employ in this scene. What's extra funny about the delivery of this insult is that she doesn't even sound that angry at Jack Nicholson in this scene, not really. She's fed up and feeling defeated, but not mad. So she delivers this speech in an entirely matter of fact tone of voice. It would probably be more satisfying if Jack Nicholson didn't have such a smug, irritating look on his face while she said it, but hey, you can't have everything.
