6. "Son Will Know Who Was Father...And What Caesar Did For Us" - War For The Planet Of The Apes

The third entry into the new Planet of the Apes franchise concludes with ape leader Caesar expiring from his battle wounds, as he tells his second-in-command Maurice, "Do not worry, Maurice. You are home now. Apes are strong...with or without me."

Seconds before Caesar finally dies, Maurice tells him, "Son will know who was father...And what Caesar did for us."

Considering how fantastic the rapport between Caesar and Maurice has been over the course of these movies, and how hard Caesar fought to secure the fate of his fellow apes, it was an incredibly fitting, emotional end for the character.

In addition to the line and its delivery being excellent, the mind-bogglingly amazing visual effects sure helped sell the gravitas of it all.
