Die Another Day, which celebrated 40 years of Bond, gets nearly all of its referencing done in one single sequence. John Cleese's newly christened Q reveals himself to be a massive hoarder in the obligatory Bond-meets-gadgets scene - his lab is a veritable treasure trove of gadgets left behind by the previous incarnation of Q. These include: Bond's jet-pack from Thunderball, the crocodile sub from Octopussy, yellow diving helmet from For Your Eyes Only and the robot Snooper from A View To A Kill. There are even gadgets here that never belonged to Bond, but to his nemeses: Rosa Klebb's poison-tipped shoe from From Russia With Love and Oddjob's hat from Goldfinger have also apparently been kept around for posterity by Q branch.
