5. The Boys In The Band

In a time where so many movies are brought to life from novels or comic books, American Horror Story's Ryan Murphy is looking to Broadway for his latest production. The movie will be directed by Joe Mantello who, while not having much experience in the film world, is highly respected for his work on the stage with the likes of Wicked, and Take Me Out.

The movie follows a group of close, gay friends reuniting, and Joining Mantello and producer Murphy is an absolutely outstanding cast of comprised entirely of openly gay men, including Jim Parsons, Zachary Quinto, AHS alum Matt Bomer, and Andrew Rannells. Not to mention the entire cast of Mantello's 2018 version of the play.
