The horror sequel that's been taking the world by storm in recent weeks, Terrifier 2 is such a huge improvement over its uneven predecessor it basically hurts.

With a sharper script and extremely likeable lead in Lauren LaVera's Sienna Shaw, Terrifier 2 isn't just more of the gory same.

Director Damien Leone has shrewdly used his beefed-up budget - a whole $250,000, compared to the original's $35,000 - to scale-up the ambition of his epic, 138-minute horror.

The result is a film jam-packed with nauseatingly brutal violence that's literally been making people faint and throw up, while printing absolute bank at the box office relative to its budget. With Terrifier 3 already in the works, prepare to pass out all over again sometime soon.
