8. What Did Diana Do After World War I? - Wonder Woman
The Question: After Diana saves the world from Ares (David Thewlis), what the hell does she do for the next, say, 100 years before resurfacing in Batman v Superman?
The Likely Answer: We know that Diana stepped back from intervening in human affairs after WWI and the death of Steve Trevor (Chris Pine), and it's been rumoured that Wonder Woman 2 will take place during the Cold War, which still leaves decades of time unaccounted for either side.
One is left to assume that Diana laid low after WWI, probably travelling around and moving on every time her lack of ageing started to be noticeable, before finally deciding to help out in the Cold War.
Then she presumably bailed again for a few more decades, became a nomad once again, eventually became an antiques dealer, and that's where we are now. Hopefully Wonder Woman 2 will help fill in the blanks either side of the Cold War and provide more context to Diana's travels over the century.
