Release Date: June 10, 2016 Why It Could Beat Fury Road: Duncan Jones has demonstrated enormous promise with his two features to date, Moon and Source Code, and Warcraft sees him being handed a gigantic budget for the first time. Can he rise to the challenge? If the right script is in place, this has the potential to be one of the most thrilling action adventure films ever made, boasting world-building on the epic scale of Miller's masterpiece, colourful characters, and of course, numerous wild set-pieces. How Likely Is It?: 7/10. No footage has been released online yet, but from the above image of the movie's protagonist, Orgrim Doomhammer, it looks like Warcraft is going to be nothing short of a visual feast. Jones has more than proven himself on a smaller scale, so hopefully he won't join the list of directors lost in the blockbuster shuffle. It won't be as eccentric or violent as Mad Max, but it'll probably be overflowing with just as much personality.
