What the hell does they all "float" mean exactly? Who knows. Though, we all remember this scene from the Stephen King mini-series It when we first meet the clown of our nightmares, Pennywise. Before he grabs poor little six-year old Georgie Denbrough into a storm drain after his paper boat drops down into it. Til this day there are surely plenty of you who aren't able to look at a storm drain without imaging that Pennywise is suddenly going to pop up and offer you a balloon and some candy. If that ever does happen, please remember that there isn't a delicious enough piece of cake or candy in the world to follow that guy into the sewers.
