Austrian actor George Roubicek played two small roles in the franchise, once as a good guy and once as a villain. His appearances were ten years apart.

He played one of the American astronauts seen in You Only Live Twice and then one of Stromberg's allies in The Spy Who Loved Me; the character Roubicek played commanded one of the submarines Stromberg had hijacked in his plan to start a nuclear war.
