Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje landed his first role in a comic book movie in 2013's Thor: The Dark World in which he played Kurse, the brutish muscle man of main villain Malekith. In 2016 he will this time star in a DC movie as Killer Croc in the highly-anticipated Suicide Squad. It is unknown though not unlikely if his character will survive to become a recurring character in DCs shared universe.

Another actor set to feature in DC's shared universe as well as the Marvel films is Tao Okamoto. She played Logan's love interest Mariko in The Wolverine back in 2011 and will play the role of Mercy Graves, Lex Luthor's assistant, in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.
