9. Untitled Detroit Project - Hannah Murray

This currently untitled movie will tell the true story of the 1967 Detroit riot, which - after being started by a police raid - lasted for five days, and became one of the largest, deadliest, and most destructive riots in US history.

Kathryn Bigelow is directing, her first feature-length movie since 2012's Zero Dark Thirty (which is far too long for a woman of her talent), and the great cast includes John Krasinski, Jack Reynor, Hannah Murray, John Boyega, Kaitlyn Dever, and Anthony Mackie.
