15. The Superman Bullet Catch
The now infamous bullet catch sequence in the alleyway is obviously a pretty big geek out moment for fans of Superman, which Patty Jenkins says played a big part in her development of Wonder Woman.

When Diana saves Steve Trevor from the spy's bullet meant for his heart, she reveals what she's truly capable of, in an inversion of the Superman scene from Richard Donner's classic. In that scene, the Clark and Lois Lane are ambushed, just as Steve and Diana are, and it is Clark in disguise who catches the bullet meant for his love.
