That's right. After Victor has his accident, he doesn't return until far into the film's third act, when the gang again visit Planet Zero and find him. They bring him back to Earth in order to examine him, but of course, he ends up breaking out of custody and going berserk, and by the 90-minute mark, he's killed off. So, yes, even including moments where he's not on screen, the iconic super-villain exists for just 15 minutes of this movie's screen time. Who exactly thought this was a good idea?
