25 WTF Moments From Fantastic Four

By Jack Pooley /

1. It's Much Shorter Than It Needs To Be

That's right, the new F4 movie is actually shorter than the 2005 movie if you exclude credits, clocking in at just 94 minutes. It's just not enough time to get things chugging along given how much time the film takes setting things up. It then finishes abruptly, and doesn't even have the good sense to throw in a post-credits scene to try and foster interest. Perhaps at 2 hours in length the slow-burn approach might've worked, but for something so brief? It just feels malnourished and effortless rather than sleek and to the point. Have you seen Fantastic Four yet? What did you think? Shout it out in the comments!
