10. The Owner Of Jurassic World Dies & Nobody Seems To Care
One of the most crucial if painfully underdeveloped characters in Jurassic World is Simon Masrani (Irrfan Khan), the mega-rich owner of Jurassic World who, when the Indominus Rex is on a rampage in the third act, hops into a helicopter to try and stop the it with a machine-gunner firing wildly. However, all this does is annoy the giant dino, and when Pteranodons and Dimorphodons attack the chopper, it ends up crashing into the park's aviary, exploding into a fireball (as seen in the trailer) and freeing all the uppity, flying dinosaurs inside. It's odd yet amusing how flippantly such a seemingly vital character is taken out of the picture, and nobody really seems to give much of a damn. Granted, there's plenty of chaos to take in, but still, he's not mourned in the slightest.
