As preparations for the giant centipede are taking place, Dr. Jones informs Boss that one of his inmates suffers from Chron's disease, an inflammatory bowel disorder which gives him constant diarrhea. When asked about what should be done with him, Boss insists that he will be placed ahead of the castrated inmate as an added punishment. In response, the prisoner begs Boss not to be sewn into the centipede.
