If the original Human Centipede movie received complaints for being too "tame", it's tough to imagine anyone saying that about this one. Late in the movie, the audience gets a wildly gratuitous up-close glimpse of a man's mouth being tethered to another's a**, and boy, it ain't pretty. Again, the most stomach churning image has been spared here, but Six shies away from nothing, showing extensive close-ups of a man's "balloon knot", if you will. Vile.
