In a Batman movie that's filled with an endless amount of ridiculous characters; the fact that Arnold Schwarzenegger's Mr. Freeze is the most ridiculous of the bunch. Well, that's really saying something. His version of the Batman & Robin villain may be a so-bad-its-good experience but its still bad nonetheless. The ice puns are slightly humorous at first but the amusement wears off quickly. However, things could have been far worse. For a moment the filmmakers were strongly considering none other than The Hulkster himself, Hulk Hogan for the role. Imagine hearing Hogan spewing some of the most cringe-worthy ice puns of all time, or reciting lines such as: If revenge is a dish best served cold, then put on your Sunday finest. It's time to feast!" That is something the most dedicated Hulkamaniac would not wish to see.
