One easter egg that you really can't miss in Monsters Inc. comes as Randall practices his stares in front of a large screen, which at one point appears as the unmistakable wallpaper from Andy's room in Toy Story.

It's another of several references to the Toy Story trilogy found throughout Monsters Inc. - others include a blooper featuring a giant green leg which turns out to belong to the dinosaur toy Rex and a bigger version of Andy's clown toy sitting next to a stack of scream cannisters.
