15. The Predator
The fourth entry into the franchise, but set between the events of Predator 2 and 2010's Predators, this supposed 'reinvention' of the franchise comes from one of cinema's best action-comedy directors, Shane Black.
Although the teaser trailer hasn't exactly set pulses racing, looking more ok than awesome, there's still more than enough reason to believe in the project. Black is known for making subversive, hilarious, and exciting movies, and despite the marketing there's hope that's what he's done again here.
The aliens are heading to Earth because of Jacob Tremblay's character setting in motion a series of unlikely events, and we'll get to see a crack team - including Boyd Holbrook, Sterling K. Brown, and Keegan-Michael Key - coming together to take them down.
