Who's Involved: Joss Whedon reportedly won't be directing either Infinity War film, and it's widely believed that the Russo Brothers (Captain America: The Winter Soldier) will be taking over, while almost every MCU superhero will be expected to be appearing in the movies. What's It About: The war over the Infinity Stones that Thanos (Josh Brolin) will presumably come into possession of. After introducing the mega-villain in the original Avengers, he finally faces off against the superhero team. Why We Should Care: Because while it won't be the end-game of the MCU, it'll definitely be the most epic, big-scale movie in the franchise yet. Plus, after holding Thanos back for so long, this'll be the two movies where he's finally just let off the leash. When's It Due: Part 1 is due May 4, 2018, and Part 2 is out May 3, 2019.
