Joe Begos' kaleidoscopic horror Bliss is a testament to the absolutely bats**t results talented artists can pull off with limited resources.

Dora Madison Burge is exceptional as protagonist Dezzy, a struggling artist who takes an hallucinogenic drug in order to overcome crippling creative block.

It's not much of a spoiler to say that mayhem ensues, accentuated by not only Burge's go-for-broke performance, but Begos' creative, eye-popping direction.

Watch it on the biggest screen you can find with the sickest sound setup possible, because despite its low-fi conception, this thing is a trip and a half.
