5. Vampires Vs. The Bronx

Emmy-winning SNL director Osmany Rodriguez turns his talents to cinema with this deliciously premised horror-comedy featuring a group of Bronx teenagers fending off a fleet of vampires descending upon their homestead.

Reportedly mounted as an allegory for gentrification, Rodriguez's film has enormous potential to be a fourth-quarter sleeper hit for Netflix and cinema as a whole, if it can deliver on the nutty, outrageous potential of its incredible title.

With a supporting cast including the diverse likes of Sarah Gadon, Shea Whigham, and...Method Man, there's plenty to be excited about here.
