When Toecutter and his gang arrive at the beach to goof off, one of his minions, Mudguts, decides to take a mannequin they presumably stole from somewhere and start making out with it, tongue and all. An exasperated Toecutter eventually orders them away from the plastic imitator before he shoots it in the face. Whatever drug they're on...it's a helluva drug.
