22. Haymitch's Minimal Screen Time (Mockingjay Part 1)
One of Mockingjay Part 1's most disappointing aspects is the minimal presence of Haymitch, who shows up to help advise Katniss' PR training and give her a few sage words of advice, but...that's pretty much it. It seems like a massive waste of Woody Harrelson's talents to just have him standing around in the background of several scenes, and two conversations are about as much proper screen time as he gets, barely totaling five minutes.
