The series is full of its wacky hairstyles and whatnot, but no actor made as dramatic a transformation as Elizabeth Banks, who of course plays chaperone Effie Trinket, best remembered for her extravagant costumes, hair and make-up. So drastic is the change in appearance that you'd be forgiven for not even realising it's Banks, all the more so considering that Banks affects a chirpier, more high-pitched voice than usual, and it's only in Mockingjay Part 1 that we finally get to see her without make-up, where Banks' face can be clearly seen for the first time (albeit sans eyebrows).
