Everybody loves Marvel. Their movies make billions of dollars and they've done things comic book fans could only dream of years ago. However, something has been lost creatively and artistically in the process Marvel uses to create their giant universe and famous post-credits scenes. They've become like fast food their films are more about setting up the next adventure than enjoying the one already here and they seem to be far more interested in creating mass appealing mediocre films than expanding the genre with their darker characters. As Marvel makes billions upon billions and recasts actor after actor, let's note that DC and Warner Brothers are jumping into the universe building business. Though they only have one official film apart of this filmverse so far, there are a variety of reasons that the DC filmverse is already far superior to the Marvel filmverse. With Batman Vs. Superman hitting theaters in 2015 and being the real test for DC and Warner Brothers, let's examine why right meow the DC filmverse is already better than Marvel's.
