5. The Joker Might Know Bruce Wayne Is Batman

The beginning of the Batman v Superman trailer reveals that Wayne Financial was one of the many buildings brought down in the epic battle between Superman and General Zod at the end of Man of Steel. It's a clever way of tying the two movies together and gives Bruce Wayne some believable motivation to go after Metropolis' new hero. 

A little later on, Bruce receives a taunting message which accuses him of letting his "family" die. There's every chance that this could be from an infuriated family member of one of those who died that day or even some sort of manipulation by Lex Luthor as he looks to get Bruce to join his crusade against Superman. 

However, the mention of family and style of the text (which isn't all that different from the message scrawled on Robin's costume later on in the trailer) definitely seem to be an indication that this letter comes from the Clown Prince of Crime. Continuing to mock Batman for his failings after killing Robin is just the kind of sadistic and twisted thing someone like The Joker would do. 

If this message is from The Joker, it means he knows that Bruce Wayne and Batman are one and the same. That might seem like a big deal, but as recent Batman comics have established that the villain has known that for years, this is far from the shocking or major change from the comics some have so far accused it of being.
