The name on everybody's lips this week is Daredevil. The world's most famous visually-impaired hero is back on Netflix for a second season. He's bringing some familiar faces with him, but that's really only the tip of the iceberg as far as comic book news goes. Netflix just announced that their third series with Marvel, Luke Cage, will premiere on September 30th. Power Man will ventures up to Harlem to pick up where Jessica Jones left off, while details about Iron Fist's appearance on Netflix have emerged too. The head of Marvel TV promising to "provide four different shows that each have their own feel". It has already been confirmed that Finn Hones (Ser Loras Tyrell in Game of Thrones) will take on the role of Danny Rand. It promises to be a bumper year for Marvel fans on Netflix, but what if super heroes aren't your thing? Well... You've got a standup special that could be about to change the landscape of British comedy forever and as always, Netflix is coming in strong again with new documentaries, including one about a woman who beat incredible odds. Her story was so moving, it prompted the guy behind Twin Peaks to sign on. Elsewhere, there's plenty for families and big kids, including an intriguing new chapter in a controversial comeback story, and one of Sony's most successful movies over the last few years, which is frightfully funny. There's something for everyone on Netflix this week. So get flicking and see what works for you.
