Long before Mickey came along, Walts Golden Goose was a little fella called Oswald the Lucky Rabbit a character he, his brother and a bunch of animators came up with which ending up bringing in $1500 a short in the 20s!! Not a bad little earner! However, as in all the best bedtime stories corporate stooges read to their issue at night, Oswalds rights were purloined from the Disney brothers by a savvy distributor in New York (ah the clichés) along with all of Disneys animators bar one. Go to sleep now Jnr.
